The curriculum
Six months, four phases.
Phase 01 / 04
Phase 1: Foundations
How modern AI models behave in practice and where they fail. Writing instructions that produce reliable business output. The building blocks of automation: triggers, actions, data and connecting tools together. Working safely with business and personal data.
Project 1: Build a working automation for a simulated small business.
Phase 02 / 04
Phase 2: Sales and marketing
Research and outreach agents for prospecting. Lead qualification and keeping records accurate. Content systems that produce, adapt and schedule work. Understanding and improving how a business appears in AI-generated answers.
Projects 2 and 3: A sales agent and a marketing system, each for a different simulated business or in-house product.
Phase 03 / 04
Phase 3: Operations and customer service
Onboarding and delivery workflows. Automated reporting. Support assistants grounded in a knowledge base, with clear rules for when a person takes over. Testing, monitoring and improving systems once they are live.
Projects 4 and 5: An operations workflow and a customer service assistant.
Phase 04 / 04
Phase 4: Capstone, assessment and graduation
A supervised capstone on a real business problem. Scoping, building, testing and handing over. Presenting your portfolio, explaining your decisions and talking about your work with employers or clients. The phase ends with your final assessment: you present your capstone to a panel, who question you on your decisions and grade your work.
Capstone: A finished, documented solution to a real problem, presented to and assessed by a panel. Those who pass graduate at Demo Day.
The curriculum is refined between cohorts based on what we see working in our own businesses.
